Atelier with Tony Wagner on International Education, December 2, 2009
Together with the German International School Boston, the International School of Boston and the Newman School Boston, swissnex Boston brought together parents, educators and students to learn, talk and exchange ideas about international education. In his keynote speech Tony Wagner, Co-Director of the Change Leadership Group (CLG) at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, introduced us to the seven survival skills students need to master the challenges of a globalized world and engaged the audience quickly in a vivid discussion.
Following the Atelier, the many new members to the swissnex Boston community had the opportunity to talk to school representatives, buy Tony Wagner’s book “The Global Achievement Gap” or simply cherish the beginning of the Holiday Season by tasting the wonderful European sweet and savory treats.
