Back to School with swissnex Boston
Last Wednesday (September 28, 2011), swissnex Boston opened its doors for the annual Back-to-School event. Bringing together over 100 students, professors and others from the academic community in the Boston area, the 2011 Back-to-School event once again proved swissnex Boston’s power to connect-the-dots.

Attendees enjoyed typical Swiss cuisine, provided by Swiss Bakers, and refreshments all while reconnecting with old friends and forming new acquaintances. Also in attendances were representatives from the Harvard Swiss Society and SwissLinkBoston, both local to the Cambridge area. Like swissnex, these two organizations used Back-to-School night to reach out to the community and build their network.

New to this year’s Back-to-School event was a group of 20 MBA students from HEG Fribourg. The students were part of a 2 week program in the Boston area and got the chance to meet and mix with the other Back-to-School attendees.

Thanks to the great attendance of the 2011 Back-to-School event, swissnex Boston continues to widen its network and spread its mission throughout New England.
