With the Distributed Innovation Workshop our summer break has found an end. Georges Haour, who is professor at IMD in Lausanne, has shared results of his recent work with leading innovative companies.
Georges has spoken on “Competitiveness Through Distributed Innovation – A novel approach for a hyper-competitive world”, a key theme in his recent book "Resolving the Innovation Paradox”.
After Georges' presentation, the audience composed of 40 executives and entrepreneurs discussed the difficulty of implementing innovation in traditional companies. From managing innovators to establishing best practices to increase the chances of success, the participants shared their experience on this important topic for small and large companies alike.
