Get a Taste of Switzerland! Swiss Farewell Reception, at The Fletcher School, Tufts University, April 16
Six Swiss graduate students from The Fletcher School at Tufts University (Christina Alfirev, Christoph Bleiker, Christoph Buehler, Fridolin Bossard, Sara Hellmueller and Simon Bueschi) organized a Farewell party on April 16 to celebrate the end of their master’s degree in Boston. Besides tasting Swiss food, the purpose of the reception was to showcase the opportunities provided by Switzerland in terms of student mobility for graduate students in the fields of Human Sciences, Diplomacy, Law and Economics. Consul Pascal Marmier and Jacqueline Gasser-Beck, Advisor of Education and Academic Affairs at swissnex Boston, stressed the fact that Switzerland has several academic centers of excellence, in particular Geneva and St-Gallen, very affordable for international students. The reception also enabled to create new connections between swissnex Boston and the student body of The Fletcher School.
