Global Collaboration: A Discourse on Innovative Approaches to Shaping the Future of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, May 21
swissnex Boston hosted an event co- organized by three Boston-based organizations, Boston International (http://www.bostoninternational.org/), Boston World Partnerships (http://www.bostonworldpartnerships.com/) and Incunation (http://www.incunation.com/). The evening was opened with a key note speech on the future of global media by Thomas Mucha, Managing Editor of www.globalpost.com, followed by a discussion on global innovation and entrepreneurship with all the heads of the organizing communities. We heard all the different approaches to tackle this challenge in a global field, the excitement about the location Boston, the difficulties to overcome as an organization or as a single person, and how the various platforms can be of tremendous help. The following reception offered plenty of opportunities to network and to explore the similarities and overlaps among the various communities.
