UNIL/EPFL Choir performs at SHARE…before MIT
More than 70 chorists from UNIL, EPFL and various insitutions of Suisse romande gathered at SHARE to perform in front of an audience of local artists, scientists and entrepreneurs. The UNIL/EPFL Choir visits the Boston area as part of an artistic and scientific exchange with MIT. Thomas Maxisch, EPFL alum and postdoc at MIT, was one of the architects of this exchange and has been working with SHARE on various aspects of the program.

Under the direction of Jean-Christophe Aubert, the Swiss chorists been preparing "Ein Deutsches Requiem" from Brahms that they will perform at MIT with an audience of 500 people, including Susan Hockfield, the president of MIT.

The MIT choir will then travel to Lausanne to perform a concert at the Cathedral in presence of several dignitaries including Federal Councillor Moritz Leuenberger.
