With the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) Switzerland hosts one of the world’s largest and most respected centers for scientific research. Its goal is to better understand what the Universe is made of and how it works. On the occasion of the “Big Bang II” project the Consulate General of Switzerland in Atlanta and the Georgia Institute of Technology organize an event to present CERN and its activities. Speakers and a movie will illustrate the work of the Nuclear Research Center. A following networking event will give ground to further discussion.
