Jungbunzlauer is one of the world's leading producers of natural and nature-identical biodegradable ingredients. The Swiss-based, international company's roots date back to 1867. Today, Jungbunzlauer specializes in citric acid, xanthan gum, gluconates, specialties, special salts and sweeteners for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry as well as for various other industrial applications.

We currently have an opening for a part-time Technical Service Assistant at our US subsidiary in Newton Centre, MA.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

· Answering technical questionnaires and inquiries from our customers and sales force

· Composing and distributing routine correspondence.

· Assist with market database maintenance and searches

· Maintaining the status of projects

· Responsible for processing samples; shipment and initial follow-up with customers and distributors

· General administrative assistance to Technical Sales and Market Development Managers

Requirements:

· Associates degree, preferably biological sciences

· Good interpersonal skills, solid organizational abilities

· Customer service focused

· Excellent communication skills (phone, email)

· Proficient in Windows based applications

Part Time Position up to 20 hours
